| | COME AND ENJOY OUR LITTLE BIT OF PARADISE. We would welcome the opportunity to have you and your family as our guests. We have decided not to increase our prices again this year. We realize we are in a tough economy, and we are hoping that it gets better in the near future. But we still believe that everyone deserves an affordable vacation, where you can come and enjoy your family moments by the beach and the ocean. Moments that your children and you will cherish even when our economy is better. We still offer you the best of both worlds, a beautiful comfortable clean condo close to the lazy river, beach and ocean and a place that has everything you will need to just relax and make those beautiful memories. We have 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, central air /heat and our unit comfortably accommodates 6 people. We also offer full kitchen, dining room, and living room with Queen Size pull-out, Cable TV with VCR, telephone with laptop hook-up and wireless Internet, large glass sliding doors off Kitchen and Living room leading to the Balcony. In the master bedroom we have a Queen-sized bed with a full bath off the bedroom. Across the hall is another bedroom with a twin over a full bed. Second full bathroom is down the hall. And best of all, it is only a minute walk to the Ocean, Indoor and Outdoor pools.

must be at least 23 years of age to rent and must be occupying the
unit at Myrtle Beach Resort. No pets are allowed on the Myrtle Beach
Resort property.
