| | Enjoy a great view of the ocean and the fresh ocean breezes by stepping out onto our balcony. Our unit is located in Building A, unit # 217. This second floor, moderate ocean-view condo is furnished and equipped to offer you much more than any hotel would. The unit has 2 bedrooms, central heat/air conditioning, and easily accommodates six guests. The master bedroom provides a queen size bed and private bath, dresser and ample closet space with TV and VCR. Second bedroom provides two twin beds, dresser and closet space. There is a second full bath off the hallway. The comfortable living room provides a queen size sleeper sofa, 32" TV with VCR/DVD. Several movies (VHS & DVD) are also included for your viewing pleasure. No need to to rent movies! Enjoy the CD player/radio/ with I pod docking station. Living room and dining rooms have sliding glass doors for a great view and access to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, crock pot, utensils etc. Our unit also includes two wall mounted hair dryers, an answering machine, cordless phone, iron and ironing board and much more. We provide one time set up of bed and bath linens for six guests. We do not provide beach towels. Our building is handicap assessable with two ramps for easy entry. We will include an owner's list of favorite restaurants to help so you can find good eating while on vacation at the beach.
