| | This beautiful vacation condo is located on the fourth floor in the A building. Our condo is clean and well maintained, offering all the comforts of home, including wireless Internet, cable TV, including HBO, a VCR and DVD player. The living and dining rooms are comfortably furnished to make your stay enjoyable. This is a no smoking unit. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 baths. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with attached full bath. The guest bedroom is located next to the 2nd full bath and has twin beds. Each bedroom has a TV. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sleeper sofa. The table in the dining area seats 6 and our fully equipped kitchen provides a host of large and small appliances. The unit has central heat/air conditioning and telephone, and best of all it is only a couple minutes to the ocean, indoor and outdoor pools, including the new lazy river. There is access to all Resort amenities with 24 hour security.
Golf, shopping and restaurants are located nearby.

We require a $200.00 deposit, which will be applied to rental. Deposit is refundable only if the unit is rented for the time you have reserved. Balance is due 21 days prior to arrival. All rates are in US Dollars and are subject to change. Rentals are
subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Myrtle Beach Resort. You
must be at least 23 years of age to rent and must be occupying the
unit at Myrtle Beach Resort. No pets are allowed on the Myrtle Beach
Resort property.
