| | This condominium was recently completely remodeled. We updated the floor plan, installing laminated hardwood floors throughout and ceramic tile in the both bathrooms. New living room furniture was purchased in 2007. The kitchen has all new cabinets and appliances, including full size stove, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher and microwave. It's equipped with a host of small appliances, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The unit is brightly decorated to inspire a beach cottage atmosphere. From our balcony you can see 10 miles up the beach. Sit and watch the sunrise. Have breakfast on our balcony. After a long day, take a stroll on the beach or watch the sunset. The resort features 25 acres of beautiful and private facilities. The largest oceanfront pool in Myrtle Beach is located directly in front of our buiilding. We feature a shaded playground for our youngest guest. The resort has a wide beach shore on which you can sunbathe, build sandcastles or swim in the surf.

The balane of the rent is due 30 day prior to check-in. All rates are in US Dollars and are subject to change. Rentals are
subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Myrtle Beach Resort. You
must be at least 23 years of age to rent and must be occupying the
unit at Myrtle Beach Resort. No pets are allowed on the Myrtle Beach
Resort property.
