| | This beautifully decorated condominium is located on a 33 acre oceanfront resort with 24 hour security 7 days a week. Myrtle Beach Resort is a family oreinted facility with 6 swimming pools (two of them outdoors), four whirlpools, three saunas and steam rooms, tennis and basketball courts as well as exercise facilities. During the warm weather season, there is an outside patio bar with live entertainment till 11pm and delicious food and drink. The beach can be seen from the deck and is a short 100 yards walk. This unit is on the first floor allowing easy access and unloading. This is a one bedroom unit with two hall bunkbeds and the sofa and loveseat are sleepers as well. Occupancy will sleep 6 or 7, however, it is most comfortable for 4 or less. There are extra showers and bath facilities in the workout room, which is about 100 yards walk on the other side of the indoor pool.
| Additional Info | | | A reservation deposit of ½ the total amount is due 2 months prior to arrival date and will forfeit if cancellation is less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date. The balance is due in full 4 weeks prior to arrival date at which time the keys and parking passes (limit 2 cars per resort policy) will be mailed in envelope with postage paid return envelope for return of keys upon leaving. Rentals are subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Myrtle Beach Resort. You must be at least 23 years of age to rent . No pets are allowed on the Myrtle Beach Resort property. An extra charge of $60 is required for exit cleaning and linen/towels. Parking passes are provided paid for summer rentals and all others will be required to pay $5 at security check for parking pass per vehicle. All rates are in US Dollars and are subject to change. Rentals are
subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Myrtle Beach Resort. You
must be at least 23 years of age to rent and must be occupying the
unit at Myrtle Beach Resort. No pets are allowed on the Myrtle Beach
Resort property.
