| | Unit 227 Building B. This Condo is second floor and has a great view of the ocean. The unit sleeps six, has two bedrooms ( one with queen and the other with two twin beds ), a pull out queen sofa, full kitchen, two full baths, and cable TV in the bedroom and living room. Dining room comfortably seats six. The B building has an indoor pool and spa located just down the hall. Only a few seconds walk to the ocean from our unit. This unit is available both nightly, weekly, and monthly.
| Additional Info | | | A $200 deposit is required within ten days of reservation. In case of cancellation, deposit will be refunded only if a replacement rental can be obtained and with at least thirty days notice from rental arrival date. Rent is due within three weeks of rental date. The deposit is refundable if after departure and cleaning provided the final inspection reveals no damage. Weekly rates include the exit cleaning fee, SC taxes, and one paid parking pass. Linens can be provided for an additional charge of $55.00 per week. All daily rentals are a minimum of 3 days. Call about Monthly Rentals All rates are in US Dollars and are subject to change. Rentals are
subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Myrtle Beach Resort. You
must be at least 23 years of age to rent and must be occupying the
unit at Myrtle Beach Resort. No pets are allowed on the Myrtle Beach
Resort property.
