| | This one bedroom condo is fully furnished and your payment includes linens, parking pass, taxes and all cleaning fees. This is a first floor unit that looks out over a courtyard which contains a heated pool, hot tub and putting green. The unit features a queen size bed and queen sleeper sofa. There is wireless Internet, cable, two televisions and a DVD/VCR. Our kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, toaster, and most other amenities you enjoy at home. The Condo is tastefully furnished and decorated. We hope you will enjoy it There is an oceanfront cabana bar that serves drinks and snacks and has live music and DJ's in season. Children can take part in daily activities offered at the resort. Whether it's swimming in the ocean, participating in an activity or sport, or simply relaxing, there is something for everyone at the Myrtle Beach Resort! This is located inside a gated facility with it's own security force.

That rate is if you want to rent the entire off season from September through April. Monthly rentals less then 90 days duration must pay the 11% transient tax. May rentals are $420 minimum. Absolutely no smoking in unit. What follows is the response to frequently asked questions. If you want to rent the unit send an inquiry and you will receive an e-mail which contains the lease within the body of the e-mail. You print it, fill it out appropriately, then scan it and send it back or mail it back. You then arrange for payment by credit card or check. Last minute rentals must be paid by credit or debit card. Instructions on how to pick up your keys and other relevant material will then be sent. If you note that the unit isn't rented for the following week and you are the type who takes or plans trips on the spur of the moment feel free to negotiate. All rentals from May 15 through the end of August are weekly rentals. All rates are in US Dollars and are subject to change. Rentals are
subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Myrtle Beach Resort. You
must be at least 23 years of age to rent and must be occupying the
unit at Myrtle Beach Resort. No pets are allowed on the Myrtle Beach
Resort property.
