| | Our ocean front studio condo is located on the 3rd floor of the Renaissance Tower building and has a magnificent view of the beach and the ocean. The condo has a queen size bed. The living room area also has a queen size sleeper sofa and built in bunk beds. There is a TV with cable and HBO, DVD/VCR , stereo, CD player, phone and wireless Internet. It is also equipped with a full kitchen including a stove, oven, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and dining room table and chairs. And the kitchen is well stocked with everything to cook great meals or simple snacks. Even tho this unit sleeps six, please no more than a Family of Four (4). If you want to wake up to the relaxing sights and sounds of the spectacular Atlantic Ocean, make your reservations early. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy this vacation home.
| Additional Info | | | There are no hidden costs. Your linens, departure cleaning, gate pass during summer season and 12% SC taxes are included. A $200 security deposit is required and will be returned in a timely manner after unit inspection is completed and keys are returned. A reservation deposit equal to one third of the rental rate is required within 10 days of your reservation confirmation. The balance of the rental rate, plus the security deposit, must be received 30 days prior to your reservation date. The condo is strictly non-smoking. This unit is available year round. Weekly- multiple weeks preferred. All rates are in US Dollars and are subject to change. Rentals are
subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Myrtle Beach Resort. You
must be at least 23 years of age to rent and must be occupying the
unit at Myrtle Beach Resort. No pets are allowed on the Myrtle Beach
Resort property.
