| | Sunset "C" Scape From the moment you open the door of this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (#510) on the south side 5th floor of the Renaissance Tower, you will know you made the right choice! The hardwood floors, new, overstuffed upholstery and white wood tables and blinds are all very inviting. You immediately notice the sparkle of the ocean waves reflected in the large living room mirror. The sliding glass doors beckon you out to the large balcony to enjoy the panoramic view, as well as the smells and sounds of the sea. This homey vacation condo features a queen sized bed, a queen sized sleeper sofa and twin beds all with new (2005) mattresses. There are 2 cable TV’s and a DVD/VCR player. Bathrooms and kitchen have ceramic tile floors. The kitchen is nicely equipped with new appliances, lots of pots & pans, new Corelle dinnerware, glasses, flatware, a wall mounted microwave/range hood and all the necessary small appliances.
