| | Our two bedroom two bath condo has a first floor/ ocean limited view in Building A - no elevators to wait for!!! We are just steps from the ocean and the white sandy beaches. Heated indoor pools and Jacuzzi's are just across the way. Directly in front of Building A is one of the largest oceanfront pools in Myrtle Beach and right behind is a huge lazy river in MB! The condo sleeps five. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a KING size bed, personal television, telephone and private bath. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds; the living room there is also a queen size sleeper sofa. Beautiful ocean colors, new bathroom fixtures!
| Additional Info | | | Rates are based on 4 adults. Unit sleeps 5 comfortably. All rates include linens, exit cleaning, and your key. Rates include SC Accommodations tax of 11%. Reservations must be paid in full at least 21 days prior to rental. This is a non-smoking condo. A $200 security deposit is required to hold the condo, upon which will be returned to you after your departure if all is ok. There is an additional $100 security deposit charged for 6+ persons, which is refunded after inspection. We have a code entry to get into the condo which is sent to you a week before entry. subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Myrtle Beach Resort. You
must be at least 23 years of age to rent and must be occupying the
unit at Myrtle Beach Resort. No pets are allowed on the Myrtle Beach
