| | Join us at the very front of this picturesque family friendly 33-acre gated community. A true DIRECT OCEANFRONT Condo overlooking the lagoon with uninhibited views of the white beaches &; rolling Atlantic Ocean tides. We are located on the 1st floor and can accommodate 6 guests. There is One Bedroom with a Queen Bed, a Sleeper Sofa in the Main living area and a Single Bunk set up in the entrance/hall area. What’s unique is the entrance/hall area has a door that can be closed making 3 separate sleeping areas, all still having access to the bathroom, making the space very efficient. The Condo is equipped with WIFI and Cable TV! We have 2 Flat screens located in the Bedroom and Main living area. In the kitchen you will find all the amenities needed to prepare full meals; including pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. Along with a dish washer, and full fridge with Ice maker. Each stay includes linens, bath towels and a starting set up of paper products - toilet paper, paper towels and makeup wipes. (Please bring beach towels, do not use bath towels outside of the unit) In the bath we have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes and hand soap. For the Kiddies we have a Pack and Play, Highchair, four sets of utensils, and various beach toys that can be found in the closet.
| Additional Info | | | This condo rents from Saturday to Saturday during June July and August. All other times there is a 2-day minimum mid-week, 4-day minimum if over weekend. Long-term or off-season rates are available. Call or email for availability. A security deposit of $250 is required to hold your reservation and will be returned after inspection of the condo. The full rental amount must be received thirty days prior to the date of arrival. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Rates listed above include linens, exit cleaning, and taxes.
All rates are in US Dollars and are subject to change. Additional Resort
Fees may be charged during certain seasons of the year. Rentals are
subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Myrtle Beach Resort. You
must be at least 23 years of age to rent and must be occupying the
unit at Myrtle Beach Resort. No pets are allowed on the Myrtle Beach
Resort property.
