| | Join us at one of the closest-to-the-ocean 2-bedroom condos at this picturesque family friendly 33-acre gated community. Our Condo has amazing views of the white beaches & rolling Atlantic Ocean tides. We are located on the south side of the 4th floor, in the very first unit and can accommodate 6 guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a twin over Queen bunk bed, we also have a Sleeper Sofa in the main living area, comfortably sleeping 6. The Condo is equipped with WIFI and Cable TV! We have 3 Flat screens, located in each Bedroom and Main living area. In the kitchen you will find all the amenities needed to prepare full meals; including pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. Along with a dish washer, and full fridge with Ice maker. Each stay includes linens, bath towels and a starting set up of paper products - toilet paper, paper towels and makeup wipes. (Please bring beach towels, do not use bath towels outside of the unit) In the bath we have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes and hand soap. For the Kiddies we have a Pack and Play, Highchair, four sets of utensils, and various beach toys that can be found in the closet.
| Additional Info | | | This condo rents from Saturday to Saturday during June July and August. All other times there is a 2-day minimum mid-week, 4-day minimum if over weekend. Long-term or off-season rates are available. Call or email for availability. A security deposit of $250 is required to hold your reservation and will be returned after inspection of the condo. The full rental amount must be received thirty days prior to the date of arrival. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Rates listed above include linens, exit cleaning, and taxes. All rates are in US Dollars and are subject to change. Additional Resort
Fees may be charged during certain seasons of the year. Rentals are
subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Myrtle Beach Resort. You
must be at least 23 years of age to rent and must be occupying the
unit at Myrtle Beach Resort. No pets are allowed on the Myrtle Beach
Resort property.
