| | Relax in this up to date condo with a completely furnished kitchen. Ocean view from the deck to watch the beautiful sunsets at the beach. Located on the fifth floor of the Ocean Front Spa (B Building) is our two bedroom / two bath condo, large enough to accommodate and sleep six. Finish your days relaxing in the living room equipped with a flat screen TV, recliner chairs and queen sleeper sofa. A clandestine getaway awaits when you pamper yourself in the sizeable master bedroom featuring a queen size bed, private bath and flat screen TV. The inviting second bedroom with TV highlights two single beds showcased as a relaxing beach retreat. There is no need to cook with the delectable restaurants close by; but with the fully equipped kitchen with enough utensils and cookware, you can create your own gourmet meal. An indoor pool and jacuzzi is located on the first floor along with an exercise room and laundry facilities close by. When you stay with us, there are no hidden costs. Everything is included in a one time fee except for a refundable $300 security deposit if there is no damage.

A $300 refundable security deposit is required for weekly rental with a signed contract. Your unit will be held when I receive the security deposit and signed contract. subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Myrtle Beach Resort. You
must be at least 23 years of age to rent and must be occupying the
unit at Myrtle Beach Resort. No pets are allowed on the Myrtle Beach
Resort property.
