| | Memories of the breathtaking views of the ocean and pool will have you running back to rent this unit again and again! Located on the sixth floor of the Renaissance Tower is our two bedroom / two bath condo, large enough to accommodate and sleep six comfortably. Finish your days relaxing in the living room equipped with a flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa and DVD player. A clandestine getaway awaits when you pamper yourself in the sizeable master bedroom featuring a queen size bed, private bath, flat screen TV and your own personal sliding doors opening onto the balcony. The inviting second bedroom with TV highlights two single beds showcased as a relaxing beach retreat. There is no need to cook with the delectable restaurants close by; but with the fully equipped kitchen with enough utensils and cookware, you can create your own gourmet meal. An indoor sauna and jacuzzi is located in the Towers along with an exercise room and laundry facilities. When you stay with us, there are no hidden costs. Everything is included in a one time fee except for a refundable $300 security deposit if there is no damage.
| Additional Info | | | Monthly Rate of $900 is for 6 month rentals, $1000 for 4-5 month rental, $1200 for 3 months or less between October and March. A $300 refundable security deposit is required for weekly rental with a signed contract. Your unit will be held when I receive the security deposit and signed contract. subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Myrtle Beach Resort. You
must be at least 23 years of age to rent and must be occupying the
unit at Myrtle Beach Resort. No pets are allowed on the Myrtle Beach
Resort property.
